Albert Carlson, PhD., is the Chief Scientist and Software Engineer. Dr. Carlson is instrumental in the research and on-going development of AQED Corporation and is considered to be one of the top cyber security experts in the industry. Dr. Carlson teaches, has experience in and specializes in computer science, information theory, ciphers, Mcryptography, set theory, tactical and strategic electronic warfare, wireless communications, networking, control systems, communications electronics, commercial telecommunications and military telecommunications. He, also, has practical experience as a research mathematician, project engineer, engineering team leader, field application engineer, research engineer, manufacturing engineer and computer hardware and software consulting engineer and was an electronic warfare and crypto officer in the military. He has worked for such corporations as Northrop, Validus Technologies, Zenith Electronics and others. He has published papers and text books on cryptography and set theory, is a WECC (Western Electricity Coordinating Council) certified auditor and is considered to be an expert in the field of cryptography. Dr. Carlson, also, has authored books on Electrical Utility Security, holds patents and copyrights and is a member of several professional and scholarly organizations such as the Association of Computing Machines, IEEE, AOC (Association of Old Crows – Electronic Warfare), Golden Key and others. He received his PhD. in Computer Science, focused on digital ciphers and decryption, from the University of Idaho in May of 2012.

Michael W. De La Garza is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer . Michael started AQED Corporation in 2019. His prior experience includes working as CEO at several OTC technology companies dated back to 2007. Also, CIO/CTO for Renaissance Healthcare Systems, Inc. a rapidly growing group of acute care hospitals in Texas. Michael was instrumental in launching the companies Central Business Office (CBO) in Houston, Texas.
